EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
Love Mae will gladly replace any faulty product within three months of purchase through our online store. We may require proof of purchase.
Please email sales@lovemae.com.au with images of the faulty item and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours regarding your replacement.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.
For products purchased through one of our stockists please contact them directly to organise your replacement (same three month warranty applies).
Items damaged or broken outside of warranty can be replaced, at the purchasers expense + shipping costs.
