Please be aware that all domestic and international shipments are experiencing delivery delays.
In addition to the countries we are unable to ship to ( see shipping limitations below) the following destinations have temporary restrictions due to border closures and flight availability and we are currently unable to send orders to:
Taiwan, Japan, Norway South Africa, Russia and Austria.
Please contact our customer service team and we will advise when the restrictions have lifted.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia. We will do our best to ensure your order is despatched within 1-3 working days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.

International orders can be expected to take anywhere from 7-21 days depending on the country.
Please note that during peak periods such as sales, range release & Christmas etc. there may be slight delays in shipping.
We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
Love Mae will gladly replace any faulty product within three months of purchase through our online store. We may require proof of purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the faulty item and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours regarding your replacement.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.
For products purchased through one of our stockists please contact them directly to organise your replacement (same three month warranty applies).
Items damaged or broken through general or extreme use, not used as intended or if the product is outside the warranty time-frame, can be replaced, at the purchasers expense + shipping costs.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Love Mae is legally required to declare the full value paid on all international shipments.
International orders may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays. Unfortunately, Love Mae cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees.
These costs will remain the responsibility of the customer. For more information about the duties in your specific country, contact your local customs office.

All transactions are settled in AUD. Some credit providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit provider for more information.
Due to carrier limitations we are unfortunately unable to ship to the following countries:
Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Korea (Democratic People's Republic of North Korea), Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan & Syria.
