We use Australia Post and sometimes TNT to ship all of our items. Registered Post within Australia is included in your shipping costs. 

Assuming we have stock we always endeavor to post out your order within 1-3 days - You will be contacted if your order will take more than 5 days to post your order.

Please keep in mind that we are located in Byron Bay and it is considered a country town, meaning that it can take a day or two longer than normal post. Unfortunately we are not in an overnight post area and therefore cannot offer that service. 


Love Mae will gladly replace any faulty product (either from manufacturing or transit) within 3 months from the date of purchase through our online store (proof of purchase may be required). Please email with images of the issue and will be in contact as soon as we are able. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. 

I'm sorry but we will not refund or exchange if you change your mind.

For products purchased through one of our stockists please contact them to direct to discuss (same warranty applies).

Items damaged or broken through general or extreme use, not used as intended or if the product is outside the warranty time-frame can be replaced, at the purchasers expense + shipping costs.

All orders shipped to anywhere outside of Australia could possibly need to pay import duties are taxes. These costs are depending on your countries regulations on imports and should be researched before your purchase. Unfortunately we are not able to refund or subsidise these costs. 

Love Mae is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments.

All product and shipping prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD. Some credit providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit provider for more information.


Love Mae recognises and respects the Purchaser’s privacy and will treat any personal information as confidential. The Purchaser acknowledges that it is necessary to collect personal information in order to trade with Love Mae. Love Mae only uses personal information for the purposes which the Purchaser gives it to Love Mae. Love Mae will not sell or pass on any personal information to any third party however the information may need to be shared with others who may require it to complete the Purchaser’s order such as Love Mae’s transport providers. This includes sharing information with the Purchaser’s nominated credit referees and third party credit reporting agencies.


We use Secure Server Software (SSL) with RapidSSL 128-bit encryption for secure e-commerce transactions. The personal information collected to complete a transaction is fully encrypted. The SSL software encryption ensures your personal information cannot be read as ittravels over the Internet.
