Behind the Scenes | Amazon Jungle

Take a walk with us deep into the jungle as we explore the fantastical creatures of the magnificent Amazon, and come behind the scenes of our inspiration for our new and wondrous Love Mae design.

We love to ignite creativity in the imaginations and hearts of little people, inviting them into dreamlands full of adventure and wild animations and mixing the elements of both nature and animals is often the core inspiration behind our exclusive designs.

Here we introduce mini Love Mae fans to a seriously handsome sloth, the smooth moves of our jaguar, majestic macaws, a precarious python and the ever spectacular notable Toucan. But being Love Mae, we took it one step further and chose to introduce curious fans to some lesser known characters of the Amazon Jungle too. We also introduce little minds to our haughty Mr Armadillo, cheeky Capybara, vegan loving iguana and sassy Scarlet Ibis.

Amazon Jungle animals are sketched in pencil then hand-painted with watercolours 

Watercolours become printable & workable graphics after being scanned into Photoshop where tribal pattern textures are added
