We love how easy this recipe is, and how it allows you to make it when the household quietens down at night, so that you're prepared for the mad dash in the mornings.
Rolled oats reduce cholesterol, and are a low GI whole grain delivering a slow release of energy, so that your little one’s stay fuller for longer! The seeds provide essential fatty acids and nutrients. With the mango providing a good dose of fibre and vitamin A, and the raspberries giving you that boost of potassium and calcium needed for bone development and growth.

The choices I make today will shape the person I will become tomorrow.
