20 second healthy chia pudding breakfast recipe

Here at Love Mae it’s quite often our customers that inspire us the most and Tahlia is no exception, we've been following her beautiful Instagram feed for quite some time now. Another thing that Tahlia proves is you don’t have to be a chef to create food that is healthy, tasty and gorgeous to the eye. Without further ado, please read on for the easiest recipe we’ve seen in a long time! 

 

"1. Place 2x tablespoons chia seeds in a jar or glass, top with approximately 1/2 a cup of coconut milk.
2. Add Pono Probiotics (refer to the dosage on the label) we used the baby probiotics this time.
3. Stir really well.
4. Refrigerate overnight and when you take it out it should be a jelly/pudding-like consistency.
5. Then add your favourite toppings, we topped ours with fresh blueberries, strawberries, Loving Earth buckinis and some yummy Pure n Free coconut chocolate mousse."
